• Collaborate with Editorial Director to create a point of view, voice and vision for TRR’s social presence
• Marry best editorial practices with a data-driven approach to build paid social creative, reflecting our brand and performance goals to increase awareness and engagement
• Execute and iterate on this strategy key metrics and KPIs
• Closely monitor trends, feedback, and sentiment on our social channels to inform social content
• Adjust social content as needed to meet engagement, impression, and follower goals
• Report monthly on performance
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar, telling seasonal and impactful stories throughout the year that are aligned to brand and marketing campaigns
• Create content and franchises to be executed on Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social channels
• Write captions for posts and stories, work with the creative team on visual direction\
• Recruit and collaborate with content creators for ad hoc and franchise content
• Oversee Community Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or related fields
• Strong proficiency in digital trends and best practices
• A strong storyteller, highly creative and innovative
• Expertise in growing social follower counts for high profile accounts
• Paid social experience\Strong understanding of social landscape
• Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver
• Excellent presentation and communication skills\Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience managing external partners\
• Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines 
• Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth
• Ability to work hybrid from NYC, NY
• Ability to Travel 10%

The expected salary range for this role is $117,007.00 - $140,760.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
